Phoenix Paving Ltd was formed in January 1991 and recently was renamed Phoenix Surfacing Ltd. The name change was driven through a need to better reflect the positioning of our core activities, coated macadam and asphalt surfacing, within today’s surfacing market.

Who are we?
Phoenix Surfacing Ltd directly employs approximately fifty people and has an annual turnover of over £8,000,000. Our staff and operatives have worked together for over 20 years and we believe this allows the unique opportunity of offering the high level of service and expertise which is a fundamental requirement in today's market.

All our employees are qualified under the CPCS and CSCS training schemes and the majority are registered under the NRSWA accreditation scheme.
